Shipping Policy — Framed Hair Extensions

 

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or product launches.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Availability

Canada — Available Through Website

Framed Hair Extensions currently provides shipping exclusively within Canada for all online orders placed through our website.

United States — By Direct Inquiry Only

At this time, online checkout is not available for U.S. customers.
Clients located in the United States must submit a direct request to:

Upon inquiry, our team will provide:

  • A personalized shipping quote

  • Available delivery options

  • Estimated transit times

  • Payment instructions

International Shipping — Not Available

International shipping outside of Canada and the United States is not offered at this time.


3. Delivery Estimates (Canada Only)

Delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that these timeframes are carrier estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
Framed Hair Extensions is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.

If an error has been made, please contact us immediately.
If the order has already shipped, additional fees for re-delivery may apply.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Framed Hair Extensions cannot be held responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen parcels

  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier

  • Weather disruptions or service outages

  • Carrier or customs processing delays

We will, however, assist the customer in submitting a claim directly with the carrier when applicable.


7. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled within one (1) hour of purchase, provided that the order has not yet entered the processing or fulfillment stage.
Once processing has begun, modifications and cancellations cannot be accommodated.
