Terms of Service — Framed Hair Extensions

Welcome to Framed Hair Extensions. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. General Conditions

Framed Hair Extensions is a sole proprietorship based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. These Terms govern the sale of our hair extension products to both individual customers (B2C) and professional partners (B2B). By purchasing from our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

2. Product Information

All products are made from 100% ethically sourced human hair from Northern Asia, selected for their exceptional quality, strength, and natural beauty. Each set is designed to meet professional standards.
Please note that slight variations in color or texture may occur due to the natural origin of the hair.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please ensure all information (address, color, length, quantity) is correct before completing your purchase.

4.  Return Eligibility — Hair Extensions

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, returns of hair extensions are strictly limited and permitted only under the conditions listed below.
A hair extension product may be eligible for a return only if all of the following criteria are met:

  • The product is unused.

  • The product has not been worn, handled, brushed, washed, cut, colored, toned, styled, or installed.

  • The original elastic band securing the hair is fully intact, uncut, and attached exactly as shipped.

  • All packaging components (box, labels, protective nets, seals) are in their original, unused condition, without signs of tampering.

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If the original elastic has been removed, cut, loosened, or altered, or if the product shows any sign of handling or use, the item will be considered used and will therefore not qualify for a refund or exchange without exception.

5. Professional Purchases (B2B)

Authorized salon partners and professional clients agree to use Framed Hair Extensions products only for their intended purpose and in accordance with our quality standards. Wholesale or resale without written authorization from Framed Hair Extensions is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, photography, and product descriptions, is the property of Framed Hair Extensions and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Framed Hair Extensions is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, maintenance, coloring, or alteration of the hair after purchase.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.

9. Terms and Conditions - Telecommunication 

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties
